Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch All standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Pre-Order Deliveries Items purchased on pre-order will be dispatched directly from our facility as soon as inventory arrives (e.g., batch dispatch scheduled for w/c 28 September). You will receive a tracking confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery (3–5 Working Days): Calculated at checkout.

• Express Delivery (1–2 Working Days): Calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking details and courier info.
